Some enameling is peeling but in the right hands restoration can bring it back to stunning. Stamped Mandaliamfgco. O the inside jaw hinge just below the clasp. All 5 beads are intact . These beas and an enameled Mandalia are desired by collectors. May be an investment. If it doesn't sell quick, I will restore it myself. The history has sparked my interest.
